Police: 4 arrests after man forcibly tattooed | 6abc.com

MAYFAIR – April 2, 2014 (WPVI) — Four people have been arrested in a bizarre case out of the Mayfair section of Philadelphia in which, a man said, he was forcibly tattooed.

Officers were called to the 3100 block of Tyson Avenue at 9:06 a.m. on Tuesday after the victim called 911.
