25 year old Jamar Banks surrendered to police this morning after allegedly striking a seven year old girl in West Philadelphia on Sunday during a hit-and-run incident Daily News’ Morgan Zalot reports.
The girl sustained injuries a fractured skull and ankle, but is expected to recover.
A witness shot video of the incident, which was later used by police to mark Banks as a suspect.
Banks is charged with Aggravated Assault by Vehicle, Driving without a License, and more.
