On December 2nd, we announced that Delaware County filed a lawsuit against one of our contributors, Austin Nolen, over documents he is seeking regarding an armored SWAT vehicle.
His response, provided below, has been filed to Delaware County’s frivolous lawsuit. Austin is being represented by Audrey Buglione, Esq., a former Appeals Officer at the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records.
Austin will be writing about the case on his blog, The Public’s Record, as it progresses.
