Philadelphia Police are investigating the discovery of a body found floating in the Schuylkill River this morning. Investigators say the body was spotted by a passerby who called 911 – a Channel 6 ABC cameraman who filmed the body in the water said that the decedent was laid on the dock arms out, limbs unbound.

Detectives on scene had no statement, saying the incident remains under investigation.
