Family of David Jones and a coalition of supporters held a press conference Friday morning outside the Philadelphia Police Department’s headquarters, followed by a march to the District Attorney’s office and City Hall.
They aired a list of detailed demands in response to the police shooting of David Jones. A witness to the shooting joined the event to offer an account that differed from the department’s narrative.

Activists then took to the streets and marched to the DA’s Office.
Along the route people reacted to the march in various ways with cheering, yelling, and confused stares.
