The Department of Justice unsealed a 193-count indictment today, charging Philadelphia resident Linda Weston, her daughter, and three co-defendants with “racketeering, murder in aid of racketeering, hate crimes, sex trafficking, forced labor, theft, fraud,” in what has become known as the “Philadelphia dungeon case.”
