40 year old A.J. Marsico, a senior associate and attorney at Greenlee Partners, a lobbying firm, was arrested and charged on Saturday with indecent, simple, and aggravated assault, in addition to unlawful restraint.
The alleged victim is a currently unidentified 27 year old woman. The incident took place in Center City.
Marsico is married to 6 ABC reporter Annie McCormick.
According to The Inquirer, Marsico’s past clients include Camelot, a UK firm tapped by the Corbett administration to implement the failed lottery privatization effort, as well as various tobacco companies.
