According to a story in the Philadelphia Inquirer, the city’s  police rape squad has become a model for its work with women’s advocacy groups to provide appropriate care for victims of sex crimes.

Philadelphia Public Record reports that the PA State Election board has issued a memo citing City Commissioners as being at fault for irregularities in the city’s provisional ballot casting, while failing to acknowledge that the Commission issued repeated invitations to the board to discuss the issue, which it ignored.

Two New Jersey men are taking their size issue to a Philadelphia court, reports Christian Post. The two are the latest to initiate legal proceedings against sandwich artist chain Subway for selling “Footlong” sandwiches that fail to measure up.
