Philadelphia Police are looking for a male and female in connection with Monday’s kidnapping of a five-year-old from her elementary school classroom, CBS Philly reports.

The Pennsylvania Record reports that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court has replaced Chief Justice Ronald D. Castille with Justice J. Michael Eakin, native of Harrisburg, as the overseer of the First Judicial District and liaison to Philadelphia’s judiciary. Although no official reports mention the issue, it is widely speculated that the ouster of Castille was prompted by resentment from his colleagues over a report commissioned by the Chief Justice which showed widespread “ticket-fixing” within the District.
